Dooms Day

yesterday we received the news that our pw results will be released
and me and yanting were like so excited over the phone

however,
things don turn out that way
we were disappointed
a C in fact
an average grade
spoling the 'beauty' of our cert
what makes us really upset is
many think that we should deserve the credit
cuz we put in so much effort
but our effort just don pay off

in this current situation
we grow to realise that in some cases
hard work pays off
but then what is obvious now...
is that luck will help u along ur way to get the goal u want
without having to put in as much effort as the formal

everybody out there
congrats in getting A or B
but pw is over
its not a very accurate gauge of the main objective of it
cuz sometimes teamwork don solve much of the spectacular problem seen in WR or OP

mrs tay is true
if we don like the feeling of not getting an A ultimately
then try our very best and work hard for our 4h2s
eventually its our H2s that is most crucial
not just PW or MT alone

sometimes what mrs tay says really triggers me to consider to take the normal curriculum

i wonder if i can really get good grades in the end
i really hope i can
i have my interests on my mind
but i am not sure whether i can accomplish up to that standard
and not sure whether i REALLY like it or not
cuz it may turn out to be sian and bored as time passes
so practically im just unsure

then another demoralising thing is that
i scored the LOWEST again for my econs
whereas others are catching up

perhaps yanting is correct in the sense that the medicine makes me feel drowsy
but then i find that its not a real valid reason
cuz i think im quite awake that time
it is a matter of ur ability
when u can... no matter how terrible state u r in
u will still be able to perform well

well i guess i really have to buck up
i shall make sure that the next time mdm khoo reads my name out again
i will be the highest in class

am i aiming for a scholarship?
