not easy to get a new phone

was really frustrated today when i got my new phone. sony ericsson T707 spring rose.

first we went to g force network to check out my trade in value for my old phone. the web says it was $100. but they give me at most $40 to $60. but cuz of my spoilt keypad, they only gave me $40. i was ok with the price cuz my phone was already old and outdated in the market. but we just felt that it was too undervalued cuz the condition of the phone was rather good. we went down to hello shop instead and check out the price, the man at the counter said it was $60 without checking its condition. we were happy and therefore proceeded on to buy the phone and trade in. then here comes our turn. this guy, looking fine but seems very robot. didnt want to speak much. when he already ask to sign the contract. then he said my phone cannot be traded in at all. i was like.... """" then we said we want to cancel. and argued for quite awhile cuz the person at the counter said we could trade in for a reasonable price. then he paused for awhile. and said . "ok nvm". means wad? ok means that we can trade in? or ok means we could cancel the order? we happily took it for the former. then when we came back. he told us. ok... i thot i could pay for the phone. then he came back with nothing on his hand. we then realised that he had cancelled it away. 被耍了...

i was v angry. so we went on to some private shop and asked around. i don really like to go private shops but at least there is still some hope for my phone. well.. everything nice but there is no phone of that colour that i want.

nvm. so we settled for g force network again. some admin problems begin. cuz i had already signed in earlier at hello shop. they couldnt approve my order. but i thot it was already canceled! ok nvm. the problem now lies with my inactive sim card. the guy earlier on has cancel my sim card. and now the new sim card couldnt be reactivated cuz he had applied for a new one earlier. then, the old one is canceled, now the new one couldnt be activated. must wait for three working days. as good as not getting a phone. and hope it dont double charge me.

i think i didnt do proper homework before getting a new phone. the phone is cool but no really outstanding features except for the gesture control which i hasnt tried. then it doesnt come with pc suit and mem card. luckily i can still use the old pc suite. i could have kop my old mem card from the phone. i thot i must return the mem card to them. i could have just taken it!!! hai. if i want to buy a mem card. the smallest one would be 2gb. if im not wrong it costs $28. i think quite worth it ??? i donno... perhaps looking for some cheaper ones. hai... blur me.

end up paying for $88. which i thot i could settle it for some cheaper price. but nvm. at least i have got rid of the old phone.
