sick again!!!

i thought i would be in rsphi camp by now... but in the morning i fell sick again. well, nothing much serious but much more serious (sounds contradicting?). nothing much serious is because i can walk run jump do whatever with my body, not like last wednesday when i was so feverish i couldn't get up to walk properly to the toilet or whatsoever. but much more serious is that i need to use the nasal spray again .. hmm the last time i used it was in j1. the doc say it was my nose that's very sensitive, causing the phlegm in my throat and sore throat. some reflux in my nose? that's why i haven been recovering from my cough lately. no wonder. medication costs a bomb again. therefore, i would have to forgo today's activity.
