Woodpeckers Tok Tok Tok!

I didn't know it would be so high today. Get High!

I didn't sleep well last night because I am afraid I would make mistakes in the games like giving wrong instructions wrong cue. Or some other stupid mistakes. But it looks rather fine except with the really funny weather with suddenly sunny, suddenly thunder and strong wind, and suddenly drizzle. However, I had a really great time with them playing. Maybe because it's my first time seeing they all? Hmm, wonder how much they remember us too...

This VOC thing was rather complicated at first. I joined in as programmers, then quit, then after that join back as SM again to help out. I does turn out well to me on the whole of the program and games, but due to the slightly changes here and there due to the really unexpected weather.

I woke up very early and took mrt to pasir ris, stood all the way to kallang then I get a seat. We saw a shuttle bus which looks like aloha loyang shuttle and hop onto it. Thankfully, we need not wait for the 354. Then we were a little late but I joined them to set up as soon as I got there. It was fun setting up the family day the spider web part, but as I reach there the web is almost done by the "spiders". We continued chit chat and set up at the same time, I got scared off my the strikes of lightning right opposite me from the Malaysia straits. Hoping that weather is good for us.

Then after the first game, we went to set up the dirty games. It was really dirty, unfortunately I thought I was the cleaner but still kanna the flour. Thankfully we are not the ones playing with it. OH and it showers halfway while we are setting up. We ate our lunch together at a small little shelter. I ate so happily because I love nasi lemak and the chicken is so nice. Maybe because I'm too hungry.

Then after that, ya, dirty, mass, games, cheers and whatever. I was quite surprised woodlands have this icebreaking or so call bonding activity which I did in my seconday school campfire performance, friendship dance. It was rather unique. They were unique, too!

We thought we could have won the mascot because I really like the idea of the beak. Woodpeckers! Some name I thought of casually initially when we just started because there is no other animals that goes with the word "wood". But they didn't disapprove of the idea and love the concept of the tok tok tok thing, even used in their cheers. Thinking of it will be passed on to the next generation to generation just warmths my heart.

I wanted to leave right after the finale but was caught somewhere as I was walking out of the chalet. In the end I stayed with them to eat pizza (paid $6.50 for two pieces and a drumlet), seriously, I am spending unneccessarily these days. However, I would just take it as an experience together with RSPHI because I would never know that that might be my last chance doing that too. Discussing about stuffs, laughing and talking without having to think of studies because I have dedicated today as my holiday without books at all.

Sometimes I feel when I am high, I tend to talk too much. But anyway, the mango cake for the OCt babies is really nice. HAHA! Total shagness, however, I am not so sleepy as I am the last Sunday. Still have a little energy. Well, I really salute to the people involved in it, whether is the main in charge, centre heads, Gls, programmers and everybody who make it a great success. Salute!

Tok Tok Tok... =)
