it seems like a night class

due to union day today. my lesson today starts only at 530 pm to 830 pm. it's the new elective that i 've just appealed successfully last friday. the HS813 tourism today. it sounds interesting but as i read the course outline. i was afraid if i cannot do well in this module. but after today's lecture. it seems ok i guess. luckily i had a senior with me and she introduced me to 2 other group mates. they were good too. so it seems like a night class today cuz i ended quite late at around 8pm. when i ate my 'dinner' at 3pm. my mum cooks good chicken rice yesterday and i love to eat her left over chicken rice today! it was suuuupppper good and i had more than one plate of rice before going to class.

one good thing that i've accomplished today is that i've successfully installed wireless router on my pc! with I, me and myself! and now im using my laptop to blog this... well and i think having laptop is kinda distracting too. when u can use internet, chat and do home work at the same time.

lecture today was ok la. though abit dry. at least i met some good people!

i think my gastric is back...

RSP HI!

wow... imagine that i was worrying abt my interview yesterday
i just gotten the call from HI that i was accepted to RSP HI!
however, it's at sembawang centre... not my desired centre which is clementi!
hai.. which means i cant be with my senior =(
i almost ended up in farrago if i didnt state my interest in sembawang during the interview.
not that i don like club farrago... club farrago would definitely be fun. just that im more interested in centres than this club. however, those who wants farrago. it would definitely be a great experience for u! congrats yt!
but nvm. what ever centre it is... it's still RSPHI!
the CCA and the RSP which i want to go....

but now... im worrying abt my studies now. especially the tourism course that i just added. it seems like it's unfair to those newbies who got the course after the registered period. i'm year 1 only leh...

oh no no

tuesday was the most busy day i had i guess. the most 'sian' day with tutorials. went to sch a little early to photocopy my notes. it was abt lecture time when people starting rushing in to print notes. lecture was fine. tutorial was fine too cuz karen joined us in our calculus tutorial. similarly, i tried to understand what the tutor is talking abt! for the econs tuturial, i donno anybody there. so sad. but i got to know a girl today. and i also volunteered to do a question and presented in front of class. not bad not bad!

today was the interview for WSC! i went for HI and VH. my interview for HI wasnt too good i guess... i was kinda stressed and disappointed upon knowing that clementi was too full. but for VH i just bomb my luck there. haha. it was quite alright too! nvm... waiting for the results

everytime i go into whatever interview... my face when i come out is always that pattern...

today so many AUs drop from the sky!

why do i say that? this is the last day of school. that the add/drop period is opened. two more days to closing of add drop. then, everybody in my clique is getting anxious abt it. i was too! initially i gave up already and i shall stay with my 15 AUs. then today karen helped me check my mail. and i got two rejections, 1 successful appeal! woohoo... i was overjoyed! 18 AUs just as i wanted. and i got the course that i really want out of the 3 that i've appealed.

we were like as good as ponning the lecture cuz we're busy with add drop today. i was the lowest number of AUs among my frens. now with 18 AUs. im still the lowest!!! meaning that. three of my friends went to add 2 to 3 more within one lecture. haha!!! but i think they are considering to drop cuz it's too heavy for first sem.

browse thru the course info. it's more like GP style. but tgt with humans and geog stuff. should be quite interesting but i missed the first two lectures. one disadv abt this elective is that lessons are from 530 to 830 on thursday. which means that i couldnt enjoy my mum's cooking on that day =( its only one lecture but there is coursework to do. first project work. alots of reading and writing to be done but im just not too good at it. but i try. its my first GER PE of AHSS. well. kinda unfair why we have to take 3 electives from it, where as BM and STS only 1. none for engineering. it would be good if they allocate one for engineering.

i wont want to drop it cuz 18 AUs is just nice. and i can clear my GER PE AHSS at the same time.
im a lucky girl today=)

i begin to adapt into uni. with all the help from this bunch of friends around me. without them. i would have been a loner, not knowing how to enjoy uni life.

i hope i can know more friends in the new course im enrolled into...

i enjoyed my day today!

after many moody days. i enjoyed today. today is my best day out of the close to two weeks in NTU. it feels great to shop at campus. i met karen today at noon and we went round the canopy k. north and south spine to window shop for things. karen bought two shirts for herself. for me, i didnt see some cat stuff that i like. feel like getting a laptop case. but there's no ideal case for me =(

i feel bad today cuz i spilled a box of fruits at the foodcourt=(

after that me and karen walk to SSC cuz she wants to collect her student card. after that we went for our econs lecture when we meet zy gal there. started asking her abt tuition stuff which made me feel like i'm a reporter interviewing her! haha. i hope i can manage my time well with studies and tuition. we had a fun time today at econs lecture when we got restless behind and started talking rubbish. i even took out my hawflakes to nibble on.

i went popular with ZYs cuz they are looking for some stationeries. then i crashed the marketing lecture with zy while doing my own stuff. before going to the WSC welcome tea!

as usual they gave many talks cuz there are many special projects and RSPs. i was quite touched by the performances and especially my gl's presentation! i like her analogy of the half-filled bottle and how she relates it to volunteering. a pessimist will see it as a half empty bottle, an optimist will see it as a half filled bottle. a volunteer will not see it as half empty or filled but he or she will immediately want to find people who are thirsty and offer it them (eh, am i correct?)

i hope i can get into RSP HI! it feels great to be part of them and most importantly, i would want to try out giving tuition using signing and at the same time i could make an impact on other's life who are less fortunate. that is the kind of satisfaction.

tata. tyty!

well... with lots of things im troubled about. unhappy about. frustrated about. angry about. be it with myself or the people around me. somebody just make my day today. a simple sms with only 4 words. at least there's someone who put my words in his heart.

uni life is blur at start. i just hope i can quickly adapt to it asap. this is the hurdle which i have to overcome.

though everything just started. kinda tired with it... i do need a break. that's because i cant have a good sleep everyday. and being late everytime isnt the solution to my problems...

我豁然发现某人不了解我,但又发现我和某人彼此更了解对方了。哈哈。神奇哦!
