i enjoyed my day today!

after many moody days. i enjoyed today. today is my best day out of the close to two weeks in NTU. it feels great to shop at campus. i met karen today at noon and we went round the canopy k. north and south spine to window shop for things. karen bought two shirts for herself. for me, i didnt see some cat stuff that i like. feel like getting a laptop case. but there's no ideal case for me =(

i feel bad today cuz i spilled a box of fruits at the foodcourt=(

after that me and karen walk to SSC cuz she wants to collect her student card. after that we went for our econs lecture when we meet zy gal there. started asking her abt tuition stuff which made me feel like i'm a reporter interviewing her! haha. i hope i can manage my time well with studies and tuition. we had a fun time today at econs lecture when we got restless behind and started talking rubbish. i even took out my hawflakes to nibble on.

i went popular with ZYs cuz they are looking for some stationeries. then i crashed the marketing lecture with zy while doing my own stuff. before going to the WSC welcome tea!

as usual they gave many talks cuz there are many special projects and RSPs. i was quite touched by the performances and especially my gl's presentation! i like her analogy of the half-filled bottle and how she relates it to volunteering. a pessimist will see it as a half empty bottle, an optimist will see it as a half filled bottle. a volunteer will not see it as half empty or filled but he or she will immediately want to find people who are thirsty and offer it them (eh, am i correct?)

i hope i can get into RSP HI! it feels great to be part of them and most importantly, i would want to try out giving tuition using signing and at the same time i could make an impact on other's life who are less fortunate. that is the kind of satisfaction.
