RSP HI VOC

many many shortforms. RSP HI VOC stands for Regular Service Project for the Hearing Impaired. Volunteer Orientation Camp.
yup just break camp. had a quite bored feeling to go all the way to the east in the first place. and yt and me think that one day isnt enough to bond everybody tgt. now, i dont really have the mood to go for all these kind of bonding and orientation stuff. but camp today was fine. 8 volunteers turn up from sembawang - which is quite little as compared to other centres. our seniors are great and friendly people. played some games all the way til evening. the games are as usual ignite change kind of games which are not so physically demanding. quite strategically based. was quite apologetic when i donno how to act out this movie (lust caution). how can u expect me to act out this kind of movie. well anyway. laysee got the answer. this was a game of charades. another part is when i donno how to suck the beans up using a straw and bring it to another person. i took very very long and so i went to the last position. still have difficulties but manage to suck a few. and there's another place which i cant forget, the blind fold game when we have to walk walk walk and cross some hurdles. i guess it would really be very scary if i lost my vision. but at least still can hear but the sense of security is not there.

here comes evening and we are all waiting for dinner. and most of us were watching tv at the same time. casting "fann & christopher's wedding". a glamorous wedding which i think is too commercialise. feels like as if in fantasy. and also the whole of rsphi celebrated birthdays for the sep and oct babies. and sang birthday song, make wishes, blow candles. my sembawang members also sang a birthday song for me. which i think im touched enough when its only first time they know me. so.... i'm quite happy. just a little tired. and i need more time for my work. donno if i can cope with cca, studies and tuition at the same time or not.

then we spent most of the time slacking around and watching tv before the centreheads conduct a rather serious meeting regarding the upcoming special projects committee. i'm sub com logistics. well, that's wad i want la. haha though it will be busy. just give it a try.

the day ended late. and i'm lucky enough to squeeze into the last shutter bus from aloha loyang to pasir ris mrt. aloha loyang is a nice chalet. good consideration for my 21 st bday. it's a very cozy place. can do alot of things tgt. nice nice =)
