Monday Blues

Super don't feel like going to work today. Now I realised what is Monday Blues ya?

I almost missed my company bus today. As I reached BB Mrt to board the train, it's like 730 am already. And my company bus will arrive at 735 sharp. I am so afraid that I would miss the bus. I alighted at JE platform and saw the purple bus at the traffic light. I chiong down with all my might and ta-daa, the bus arrive at my footsteps. Heaving a sigh of relief. My heart was beating quite fast, and I was the last to go up the bus, end up having a front seat. Then, I couldn't eat my ham and cheese on the bus.

My first task today was to photocopy some claims, and then continuing chatting on ebuddy. I was so afraid people walking past may notice what I was doing on the screen. Then my laobanniang threw a stack of cheque payments, don't know what is she trying to say. And then kind of told me off when she said, hey xiao jie, this one is not supposed to be here, it belongs to L2K. Is like she is gonna scold me but I just went off and said: Oh, this stack of cheque payments are NOT compiled by me. Then she suddenly went silent. So I learnt my lesson, better to be careful than sorry because she will check everything one by one. Seriously, one by one. Always check your work! I am a careless and heckcare chap. OOpps!... So, I almost got a scolding =P

It was lunch time and I just seem to look forward to this one hour or more everyday with my lunch clique. Well, luckily I have a lunch clique if not I will be alone all the time and don't know where to go. I always had a great and nice laugh with them talking about all sorts of funny things. One good thing about Malaysians is that, they will surely keep you entertained all the time without you having to contribute anything. HAHA! That is what happened back at my grandma's place. It seems like every lunch I took longer and longer time, even past the one hour or so given.

Then I continued to sort out the cheques and I have to wait for her instructions, she seems to be so busy and then as I wait I chatted on msn again. Then that auditor whom I mentioned few days ago came to me again, trying to ask me questions but this time round we had a chat instead. Asking about why am I here, helping who to do stuff. He was also waiting for my busy and stressed laobanniang to clear his doubts. At the same time, I told him I was a temp staff, because I am still an undergrad and coincidentally, he was also from NTU NBS! He graduated last december, taking 2.5 years to complete his course, second uppers honours! So Zai... and he is now an auditor. Then he taught me some tricks, or rather, one trick to go about course registration, that is, take out the electives and put all core courses under one plan and click first. Silly me, why didn't I think of this? This makes is much easier to fastest finger because the UEs will somehow distract as you have to click the choices and waste time. By the time, all courses would have been gone. Since UEs can put on waitlist, do that later and faster clicked the cores first. SMART! well, the world is so small. And I can meet a senior here in my workplace. A nice coincidence! And I was surprised he knows MAS, some people still don't know about my course.

Finally can get to do out the sorting when they have decided to banish away with the two different categories and ask me to resort everything just by cheque numbers. I got something to do! Oh and before that, this HR admin manager ( quite big shot and sits in a room of the office) actually asked me if I lost my chair or what because she saw me sitting on the floor. So, I replied it's okay, it is more convenient for me to clear this stuff on the floor. Before leaving, I put all stuff on the table ( cuz I'm wearing dress tomorrow, ugly to sit on the floor =P)

It's the 7th Polar gathering tomorrow. I hope I can straighten out my thoughts.
