I had to fast at least 8 hours before my medical checkup today. Thank goodness I still can drink water. I went with my Mum, she wanted to accompany but after the long wait she experienced. She regretted. HAHA. I took around 1 hour to get registered, via a long queue. Not even waiting to see the doctor or something. I met a award holder there too and we chatted along the way, which makes the waiting time not so bored.
Things cannot rush. More haste means less speed. It wastes time instead of wanting to completing it as fast as possible. So silly of me but never mind...
I hope this checkup will be my last time doing it.
Meetings and meetings. I hope I can eat a proper healthy dinner with my Mum these days... I need a good rest.
